Letters to my dream clients
Letter 1: Dare to be who you truly are
A poem to my dream clients. An ode to authenticity, conviction and courage.
Dare to be you.
Authentically.
Unapologetically.
Dare to follow your way. Your calling. Your heart.
The pull of the wild. The silence of the truth within you.
Dare to listen to your intuition. To follow your inner knowing. To let that inner impulse lead you to what you’re here to do.
Dare to be disliked, disregarded, disapproved of. But true to yourself.
Dare to be criticised, ostracised, excluded. But belonging with yourself.
Dare to let people have their experience of you. And love them in that.
Dare to be you.
Dare to choose what feels good to you.
Dare to live on your terms.
Dare to step into your greatness and the truth of your being.
Dare to lead and inspire, starting with yourself.
Dare to love, beginning with yourself.
Dare to follow your own way. Pave new paths. Explore new ground.
Dare to venture into the unknown. The unfamiliar. And let it lead you home.
Dare to live with a full heart and an open mind.
Dare to trust in the goodness of your heart.
Dare to risk people roll their eyes at you.
Dare to be ignored, criticised, dismissed, attacked.
Dare to see it’s not at all about you.
Dare to fail.
And stay deeply attuned with what feels true and alive for you.
Dare to love in the face of rejection.
Dare to trust in the fear and doubt.
Dare to hear what you most fear.
Dare to love the hurt it creates.
Dare to let your heart break open to all the love that you are.
Dare to know that it’s all a story.
And you–the storyteller, hero and story itself.
Dare to speak your truth and your story.
Dare to come from the love, truth and conviction at the core of your heart.
Letter 2: You and Me
You
The people I work with are hungry. Curious. Deep. They search below the surface. They seek fulfilment. Meaning. Authenticity. Connection. They challenge the conventions and they push against the norms. Yearning for truth and trust.
Most people live in limitation. On the outskirts of what life has to offer. On the edge of their potential. On the margins of their true self. People are fractured, addicted, lonely, confined. I know because I’ve been there.
You know there’s more to the human experience. You feel it–that’s why you are here. You know there’s more to life, more to your potential, more to living.
You and I are a match if you feel pulled to step into the truth and fullness of who you truly are. Not who you think you should be, not who society tells you to be, but who you deep down know that you are.
When you dig deep into the core of your being and look at yourself with radical honesty, with the rawness of intimacy, you are empowered and free. Free to express yourself, free to live on your terms, free to own and bring forth all of who you are.
Owning yourself, unapologetically, all in–not from self-righteousness but from deep authenticity and truth–is what unlocks the most expansive and empowered expression of you.
Your authenticity is your superpower. Following and trusting that inner impulse, that lifeforce that moves through you is how you break free from the doubt and fear that hold you back.
Life is vibrant from that place. There’s trust, there’s conviction, there’s deep knowing.
You are free. Free to be you. Free to come from what deeply moves you. Free to create from all of your you-ness.
You live from truth. From authentic alignment. And you access the deepest intelligence available to you.
You have conviction, clarity, confidence and courage.
You are you, unapologetically. Daring to be all of who you truly are.
Your authenticity is your superpower. And the pathway to the life that makes you most alive.
Me
I go deep. And then I go deeper.
I ask questions. I run to stand still. I challenge thinking. I have a wide range of experience and interests. Three things bind them together—people, truth and depth.
I’m fascinated with the human condition. I’ve spent my life studying it. What drives and moves us. What makes us who we are. What creates our experience of life. How we achieve our greatest potential.
I don’t like superficiality. In fact, I’ve always hated it. I quit university in Germany three years in because the curriculum wasn’t a good fit.
I listen, deeply. And I see you. I see the vast potential behind the subconscious constraints. I see the blind spots and the fears in your thinking. I see the limitless being at the heart of who you are.
I will tell you what you need to hear—because that’s what transforms your life. Honesty is the bedrock of change. To move, you need to locate yourself first.
For me, doing the right thing is more important than doing the easy thing. And doing the difficult thing is more empowering than running away from it.
I wasn’t adored as a child. I’ve done the deep inner work to find self-respect, self-love and belonging. I haven’t consistently lived with conviction, clarity and courage. I’ve peeled off the layers to discover my values, meaning and purpose. I haven’t always been true to myself. I’ve dug deep to know and align with myself.
I used to smoke, drink alcohol, and weigh 13kg more than I do now. I now exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet and keep myself addiction-free. I used to be hesitant of sharing my thoughts and ideas. Now I write and publish every day. I’m not content because I’ve never been fractured—but despite of it.
I connect on the level of humanity. On the level of what you and I are both made of, all differences dissolve. In their absence, we experience truth and connection.
I’m not one person to different people. I’m different people in one person. And I expect you to be complex, too. I will hold space for your contradictions and multitudes, and I will help you to discover the truth that binds them all together.
I spent a long time of my life trying to box myself into a box–and I drove myself almost to the brink of insanity. And now I own that I don’t fit in a box.
I was born where East meets West.
I bridge the polarities.
I’m spiritual and I’m scientific.
I’m philosophical and I’m pragmatic.
I’m creative and I’m rational.
I connect, on the level of humanity.
I challenge your edges, thoughtfully.
I serve, from honesty, truth and love.
Letter 3: Your authenticity is your superpower and the pathway to your deepest conviction, courage and trust
What if fear, doubt and impostor syndrome were the key to deep authenticity and conviction?
You, authentically.
Imagine…
Not being held back by self-doubt, uncertainty and fear of rejection.
Not wondering if it’s just a matter of time before you’re found out for the impostor the voice in head head says you are.
Not being plagued by dysfunctional perfectionism and fear of failure.
Not abandoning your ambitions because you’re worried about what people might say.
Not feeling indecisive and critical of yourself.
Not wondering if one day you’ll regret all the risks you didn’t take (one of our biggest regrets, research shows).
Not questioning if you’re playing small, wasting your potential, confining yourself to a life smaller than you are.
And instead…
Having deep conviction in your discernment and decision-making. Trusting your judgement, even when it goes against the grain.
Creating outstanding value for the people you work with and yourself.
Having the courage to trust your truth, speak your truth and challenge the norm (the #1 service clients look for, according to research).
Standing your ground in the face of doubt.
Feeling stable in the midst of instability. Grounded and aligned.
Navigating life’s seasons with presence, conviction and trust.
Having a clear purpose and drive, and living a life of deep meaning and connection.
That’s all within reach. And as close to home as it gets–found in the alignment with the truth of who you are.
All it takes is being yourself. Authentic. Owning all of who you are, unapologetically, especially the aspects you feel compelled to disown. They are the gateway to your deepest empowerment and zone of genius.
How do you move into that empowerment? By stepping into your authenticity. That’s where your deepest conviction and creativity are found. In the truth of who you are.
When you become comfortable with the uncomfortable–impostor, fear, doubt, fraud and all…
When you unlearn the limiting thinking patterns and false programming that don’t serve you…
When you lean into your vulnerability, truth, and inner knowing…
You unlock the power of your authenticity and being all of who you are.
You find your deepest conviction and certainty when you embrace and own the doubt.
You become fearless when you step into your fears and speak from them.
Fear, doubt and impostor syndrome are the access to the power of creation, love and joy that moves through you.
I have four requirements for the people I work with:
You have a deep yearning to be you–authentic and true to yourself.
You have something you are deeply passionate to create.
You long to step into your next level of empowerment and conviction.
You have some fear, hesitation and trepidation around 1, 2, and 3.
If this is you, I’d love to hear from you.
