“Working with Pavlina has been absolutely life-changing. I can feel the difference in the way I am able to observe life, to see things, to feel and think.” – E. Stoeva

  • “Pavlina’s approach is wholehearted, holistic, intuitive and direct. Being in her presence has brought me calm and deep understanding. She allowed me to reach places which otherwise, on my own, seemed dark and scary.”

    Sylvie, Senior Manager, Banking

  • “Life changing and cannot recommend her enough!! For me something shifted somatically the moment I stopped trying to understand and deeply connected with my heart. Also Pavlina challenged me to sit and dance with the fear and her skilled guidance and wisdom are genuinely rare!”

    Monica Vovcenco

  • “Cannot recommend it enough. Was life changing. And I found Pavlina’s style gentle but very powerful.”

    N.M.

  • "Every session I hear and feel a different way to see and approach life. The sessions make me think differently and broader, and that is a great feeling.”

    A.S.

  • “By far the most powerful session I’ve had.”

    A.C.

  • "Pavlina has a rare ability to hold space without flinching. Within two conversations, I found myself speaking things out loud I hadn't given myself permission to say before. Her presence is grounded, her questions are precise, and she meets you exactly where you are."

    Safena Winfield

  • “Working with Pavlina has been absolutely life-changing. I can feel the difference in the way I am able to observe life, to see things, to feel and think.”

    E. Stoeva, Lawyer

  • “She is fantastic! She is great at really seeing people for who they really are! Highly recommended.”

    Monica Vurfuert

  • “I have worked with plant medicine, and when it opens up and you’re gone? This call has just opened up and I have seen behind the curtain. I feel like you’ve shattered a layer of me… I don’t think I’ve experienced that in a coaching session before.”

Your deepest transformation is not about becoming more, improving yourself or adding more skills or achievements. It’s about removing the layers of subconscious conditioning, self-judgment, and misidentification.

You’ve always known there’s more to whom you’ve allowed yourself to be.

People see something special in you. They always have.

The friend who tells you you've helped them see something they hadn’t seen before. Older colleagues who come to you for advice—and genuinely look up to you. The people that connect with you deeply within minutes of meeting you at an event, drawn to your depth, insight, sensitivity. The people that encourage you to share more of yourself, step out of the shadows, write the book, start the podcast, express your voice, pursue what you love. You've been finding your way back to yourself for years.

You’ve done the inner work. The podcasts, courses, nervous system work.

Peter Crone, Joe Dispenza, Michael Singer, Gabor Maté. Years of therapy, understanding your patterns and why you do what you do. You know what lights you up. The dreams you keep coming back to. Those moments when you're in the flow, alive, most yourself. And yet, you still find yourself holding back, even after years of inner work. Right when it's time to make the move–”I’m not sure yet.”

If two of these resonate, keep reading. If all three feel like they were written for you, that might be the first step of your journey of coming home to yourself.

Your life doesn’t feel like yours

The sensible career. The supporting role. The expectations your parents had for you. Being the good one, the responsible one, the person everyone can count on. Saying yes when something inside you wants to say no. Life should feel good, but it feels lifeless. And you can’t tell if you’re being selfish, ungrateful, expecting too much of life. You aren’t. You’ve simply learned to do what others want you to do, rather than what you want to do.

You’ve simply learned to do what others want you to do, rather than what you want to do.

The voices that have been keeping you stuck and looping.

Some of the sentences the inner voice turns over in the dark.

“I don’t know if I’m cut out for this.”

The work you’ve longed to do. The posts you've written but haven't published. That pull, deep in your gut, that’s been haunting you. And then you picture family, friends or former colleagues’ reactions. Who am I to do this? What if I fail? What if I make a fool of myself? Another week goes by. Your work–and your true self–stay hidden.

“Why does one person's opinion make me doubt everything?”

You've finally shown up in a more authentic way. Shared a vulnerable truth. Had the uncomfortable conversation. Said the scary thing. Five people admire you for it. One person questions it. And you turn their words over and over in your head, wondering if they're right. By bedtime, you're questioning your abilities, your worth, even whether you should have spoken up at all.

“I’ve done so much work on myself. Why am I still stuck?”

Years of therapy, books, retreats and breakthroughs. You can explain where your patterns come from. You can even see them while they’re happening. And still your chest tightens, the old reaction takes over, and you watch yourself do the very thing you promised you’d stop doing. Afterwards: I know better than this. Why am I still doing this? And underneath, a quieter fear: What if this just isn’t possible? What if I’m the one person it doesn’t work for?

“I don't want to hurt or disappoint anyone.”

Your partner wants one thing. You want another. You rehearse what you'd like to say in your head, but when the moment comes, you see their disappointment and soften your words. You say it's fine. You tell yourself it isn't worth upsetting anyone. Then you lie awake, frustrated and resentful that you've let yourself down. Again.

If three or more of these resonate with you, this programme was designed for you.

“What if I make the wrong decision?”

You know what you'd love to do. You've researched the options, spoken to friends, read the books, made the lists. But then you start thinking about everything that could go wrong. The risks. The money. The people affected. Everything you might lose. What if you regret it? So you think some more. Go back to the drawing board. Ask for advice. Wait for clarity. And six months later, you're still trying to be sure.

“I feel like I'm disappearing from my own life.”

Sunday evening. Your calendar is already full. Meetings, responsibilities, things people need from you. You have a good career, people who love you, plenty to be grateful for. But you look at the week ahead and can’t find anything that makes you feel alive. Then the guilt: I should just be grateful for what I have. So you put on another series, scroll through your phone, try not to think about it. Everyone thinks you’re doing well. Inside, you feel like you’re slowly disappearing.

We're moving from the information economy towards the connection economy. And authenticity will have an advantage.

The world doesn't need more people trying to fit in. It needs people brave enough to be themselves. For generations, we've been taught that success and belonging come from meeting expectations, following the rules and becoming who we're supposed to be. Choose the sensible career. Don't be too sensitive. Don’t ruin the family reputation.

The world is changing. Head-based intelligence is no longer enough.

AI can write the report, build the website, analyse the research. Knowledge that once set people apart is becoming abundant. Twelve browser tabs open. Three experts saying opposite things. More answers than ever—and still no idea which way to go. People are losing the forest for the trees.

So what becomes valuable is what can’t be automated: discernment, presence, genuine human connection. The advantage is shifting to people who can think clearly and feel deeply. Who notice the knot in their stomach when an opportunity looks perfect on paper—and trust themselves enough to listen to their gut.

People are longing for something deeper. Not more polished posts and polite small talk, but realness. Humanness. Vulnerable conversations where the masks drop. The person who names the unspoken in a meeting. The writer whose honest words make a stranger feel less alone. The multi-passionate creator who brings psychology, business and art together. The one who can hold contradictions instead of forcing everything into black and white.

The old world asked us to fragment ourselves to succeed. The emerging world will reward us for bringing our whole selves: our sensitivity and intellect, our creativity and practicality, our emotional depth and unique perspective.

What if the qualities and contradictions you’ve spent your life resisting are precisely what the world is becoming hungry for?

Perhaps you're not unsuited to this world. Perhaps the world is finally becoming ready for someone like you.

I had the life people dreamed of.
But I wasn’t there.

Years ago, I was walking on a beach in Bali, the air heavy and humid. My partner and I ran an online business and travelled the world. People said we were living the dream. They were right. But inside, I felt empty. Missing from my own life.

And then–the kick of guilt. How could I have so much and feel so unhappy?

It took me years to understand. Nothing was wrong with my life. I just wasn’t fully in it.

At 21, when I finally admitted to myself that I was gay, I cried for three days, alone in my seventy-square-foot student room in London. Not for myself, but for my parents, and the pain I imagined my queerness would cause them.

Years later, struggling in my marriage, I was sitting on the floor with a lump in my throat. I opened Joan Didion’s Slouching Towards Bethlehem at random, asking: should I stay or leave? I’d heard Rick Rubin talk about using this technique during a dark period. My eyes landed on a passage about a couple about to marry. It ended with: “Don’t let her go to jail.” So, I had my answer. Take care of my wife.

At 39, my marriage ended. On a sunny afternoon in Bordeaux, I watched my wife and my dog grow smaller in the rear-view mirror. Within a month, I’d lost my wife, my best friend, my dog, my home, my business and my livelihood.

Everything began to change a few months later. I was in the kitchen of my flat in Maidenhead when suddenly it hit me. “Don’t let her go to jail” had never been about my wife. It was about me. Don’t become a prisoner of your own life. I’d been so absent from my own life that I hadn’t seen it for years. Goosebumps covered my whole body.

It wasn’t a straight line from there. Over the following two years, I lost my father, friendships and much of my sense of belonging. I made many mistakes in my business. I kept repeating the same patterns. Slowly, I saw that I’d been solving the wrong problems all along–my work, my relationships, my achievements. But the real problem–the source of my anxiety and all that didn’t work in my life–was the war I’d been fighting against myself.

On the eve of my birthday, my mother screamed at me that she was ashamed of me. The 21-year-old in that tiny room would have felt so abandoned. This time, I could see her story, and I didn’t feel ashamed of myself.

Today, I have inner peace and confidence that circumstances don’t so easily shatter. I’ve grown my business. My work with clients is bolder and more intuitive, and their results show it. I publish my writing and videos. And though I still keep largely to myself–I feel more deeply connected in the relationships I have.

The freedom I'd searched for in travel and achievements was never out there. It was the freedom to be me. Authentic, vulnerable and courageous.

I found it by losing almost everything. You don’t have to.

Love,

Pavlina

The fundamental difference between a life that works against you and a life that works for you.

You've been taught that the way to a better life is to become a better version of yourself. To fix your flaws, control your emotions, overcome your weaknesses and try harder. But what if that very approach is what's keeping you stuck? This work is about self-discovery, not self-improvement. The shift is from fighting yourself to working with yourself—bringing the qualities of wonder, curiosity and open-heartedness to explore who you are, see your greatness, trust your wisdom and create a life that feels energising to live. Living from flow, not force.

Self-discovery over self-improvement

The old way: Trying to fix what's wrong with you. Always another flaw to improve.

The new way: Discovering what's extraordinary about you. Building on who you already are.

Feeling and experiencing over figuring it out

The old way: Overthinking, analysing and trying to figure everything out.

The new way: Welcoming emotions, growing through them, trusting your heart’s wisdom.

Enjoy over endure

Old way: Enduring life. Managing, controlling, pushing through.

New way: Enjoying life. Following what lights you up. Creating the life you’re excited to live.

Befriending yourself over fighting yourself

The old way: Believing the negative self-talk and inner critic. Pushing harder, yet never feeling good enough.

The new way: Questioning the negative self-talk. Becoming your own greatest ally.

Authenticity over looking for approval

The old way: Needing others to validate you and approve of you.

The new way: Trusting in who you are. Confidence in your worth and value.

The anxiety. The relentless self-criticism. The lump in your throat. They aren’t signs that something’s wrong with you. They’re signals that you’ve been living somebody else’s life. You've spent so long living for others, not for yourself–suppressing your true self, sacrificing your desires, putting yourself last.

And all along, you’ve blamed yourself for getting it wrong. Even for wanting a life that makes you feel alive. There’s no getting it right if you’re trying to live the life that isn’t yours to live. The way forward isn't more self-denial. It's coming home to who you truly are.

What's inside Being You

Every session is shaped by where you are, what you're discovering and the next most important step towards the life you want to create. Because the point isn't to become better at working on yourself. It's to become freer and more empowered to be yourself—and build the life you’re energised to live.
