What becomes possible when we take off the limiting lens?

The lens we look through shapes what we see. And what we see shapes our thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Someone who procrastinates is most likely looking through a lens of “I’m not good enough.”

Someone who engages in perfectionism is looking through a lens of “Something’s wrong with me.”

Someone who self-sabotages — “I don’t deserve.”

Someone who finds it hard to relax and enjoy life — “I’m bad.”

Someone who’s trying hard to prove themselves — “I’m not worthy.”

Whatever limiting lens we might be looking through, we all have our versions and most of us have more than one.

But here’s the thing — the lens we look through are not random. They go back to limiting narratives we developed in childhood.

And here’s the other thing — we can see through the lies of these narratives and take the lens off.

And when we do, everything changes.

Who would you be in the absence of the pressure you feel when you think you don’t have enough time?

Who would you be in the absence of the fear that you’re not good enough?

Who would you be in the absence of looking for external appreciation and validation?
